Are we the right fit for your business?

Six questions. Nothing to fill in, nothing sent to us. At the end you'll know whether our published prices describe your business, or whether you need to ask us something first.

Question 1

1. Does everyone who'd need our help have their own work email account?

Good — our pricing is per person with an account, so it'll add up the way you expect. If not: Worth a conversation first. We price per person with a work account, so if most of your staff share a terminal or only have a POS or app login, the monthly figure won't describe your business properly. It's not a no — it means we quote it rather than you calculating it.

Question 2

2. Does your important data live in Microsoft 365 — rather than in a database or a piece of industry software?

Good — that's the estate the packages are built around, including the daily backup. If not: Say so early. A job-management system, a practice-management database or a design archive on a server is exactly the thing that needs looking after — and it's an add-on rather than an inclusion, so it belongs in the quote from the start.

Question 3

3. Is one office — or one base plus people working from home — enough to describe where your equipment lives?

Good — that's the shape the packages assume. If not: Tell us how many sites. Multiple locations mean multiple networks, internet services and sets of equipment, and that's priced per site rather than per person. We can do it; we just can't do it from the price on the packages page.

Question 4

4. Do you mainly need us between 8:30am and 5:30pm, Monday to Friday?

Good — that's when we're here. If not: This is the one to settle before anything else. Our support hours are business hours. After-hours cover exists, and it's real, but it's priced — either as part of Complete, as a bolt-on, or at published after-hours rates. If your busiest trading is evenings, weekends or an early shift, we'd rather work out the arrangement now than have you find it in the terms.

Question 5

5. If something breaks, can you work around it for a couple of hours?

Good — that matches what we commit to, which is when a qualified engineer starts on it. If not: Then look at Complete, and read the response commitments carefully. We commit to when work starts — one business hour on Complete — and we don't promise fix times, because nobody honestly can. If your operation genuinely stops dead, that's a conversation about resilience, not just about support.

Question 6

6. Is what you sell advice, design or expertise — rather than product moving out a door?

Good — that's the business our packages were designed around. If not: You're not excluded, but be specific with us. Production lines, point-of-sale, warehouses and vehicles bring equipment our per-person pricing can't see, and we'd rather scope it than surprise you with it.

Why we'd tell you no

Nearly every business we look after arrived because someone recommended us. That's a good way to grow and a brutal one to get wrong — a client we shouldn't have taken doesn't just leave, they take the referrer's judgement down with them.

So turning the wrong business away costs us one client and protects the thing the whole business runs on. It's not modesty. It's arithmetic.

If we're not right for you, we'll usually know who is.
