Fixed-price migration

Moving to Microsoft 365, without the drama

Email, files and calendars moved to Microsoft 365 for a fixed price, agreed up front — wherever you're starting from. Nothing lost, nobody's email down, no drama.

Where you're probably starting from

  • Email through your web host — old POP/IMAP mailboxes that fill up, sync badly across devices, and fall over when you need them least.
  • Google Workspace that isn't earning its keep — you're paying per person for tools your business barely uses, while living in Word and Excel anyway.
  • A mix of personal accounts — the business runs on someone's Gmail or Outlook.com, and staff share logins nobody remembers setting up.
  • A 365 tenant someone else built — you're already "on 365", but it was set up in a hurry, nobody has admin access, and security was never switched on.

If where you are now is genuinely the right place for your business, we'll say so — "stay put" is free advice. But if you're moving, this is the move done properly.

The fixed-price migration

$990 base + $165 per user, inc GST

($900 + $150 per user ex GST.) A typical ten-person business lands around $2,640 inc GST — one price, agreed up front, for a complete move.

Included

  • Scoping audit of what you have — accounts, mailboxes, files, aliases, domains
  • Microsoft 365 tenant set up with a security baseline: MFA and sensible defaults from day one
  • Licence selection, billed at cost — we don't clip the ticket
  • Email, calendars and contacts migrated
  • Files moved to OneDrive and SharePoint
  • DNS cutover scheduled outside business hours
  • Every staff device reconfigured — Outlook, Teams, OneDrive
  • A plain-English handover, and two weeks of post-migration support

Quoted separately

Line-of-business app integrations, on-premises server decommissioning, and ongoing training. If your setup needs any of these, the fixed quote says so before you commit — no mid-job surprises.

Your email keeps working the whole way through. Nothing is deleted until you've confirmed it all arrived.

Other one-off projects, same deal

Migration isn't the only job worth doing once, properly, for a price agreed up front.

Security hardening

from $1,650

inc GST ($1,500 ex)

MFA everywhere, access rules, device compliance baseline, email security records (SPF/DKIM/DMARC) — the things insurers and questionnaires ask about, switched on and documented.

Device enrolment

$88 / computer

inc GST ($80 ex) · minimum $440

Company computers enrolled into management: standard setup, updates enforced, drives encrypted, ready to be looked after properly — or handed to a Managed package.

CRM rollout & integration

Fixed quote

scoped before you commit

A CRM your team will actually use — set up, integrated with email and Microsoft 365, your existing contacts imported, and a plain-English handover. Too varied to price from a page; never priced mid-job.

Why a deadline job needs a plan

Migrations done at leisure are boring, which is the goal. Migrations done the weekend before the cutoff are how attachments go missing and the calendar ends up in someone's personal Gmail. If you've got a deadline — a hosting plan expiring, an insurer requirement, a provider retiring your plan — work backwards from it: scoping, the move itself, and a buffer for the thing nobody predicted.

Tell us your deadline and we'll tell you the latest sensible start date.

What happens after

Move done, you're free to go — no obligation to stay. If you'd like someone keeping an eye on things afterwards, our support packages are month to month and start at $60.50 per user/month inc GST. But the migration price is the migration price either way.
