YouGrowIT is based in Point Cook, fifteen minutes from Altona along the Esplanade or Point Cook Road. We've supported Hobsons Bay businesses — Altona, Laverton, Newport, Williamstown — for years, from shopfronts on Pier Street to operators in the Laverton North industrial precinct.

Most work is done remotely. Onsite visits carry an $82.50 including GST call-out on top of the standard rate — and from Point Cook, Hobsons Bay is a short drive, so getting someone to the counter or the depot is straightforward to arrange.

How the pricing works

All prices are published. Ongoing support is a fixed monthly price per user — support packages start at $60.50 per user per month including GST, month to month with no lock-in and no exit fee. Pay-as-you-go is $181.50 an hour including GST in business hours, a genuine standing offer for businesses that only need help occasionally.

Support hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm Melbourne time, excluding Victorian public holidays. Emergency help outside those hours is available at published after-hours rates.

Why a western-suburbs provider

Most Melbourne IT companies are based east of the city and treat the west as a service area on a map. We're the other way around: based in Point Cook, with a client base built across Wyndham and Hobsons Bay.
