What brought you here?

People land on an IT company's website for wildly different reasons, and most sites make everyone read the same pages in the same order. Pick the line below that sounds like you and we'll skip that part.

Nothing's wrong — you just want more out of it

Almost everyone rings an IT company because something has already broken. If nothing has, and you're only wondering whether you're leaving something on the table, that's a better conversation to have — and a considerably cheaper one.

Worth saying plainly: sometimes the honest answer is that your setup is fine and you don't need us. The report says so when that's the case — it has happened, and it costs us a client and buys a referral.

Still not sure?

Then say so in a sentence and we'll point you at the right thing — including somewhere else, if that's the honest answer. There's no discovery workshop and nobody will chase you.

One thing we're not: we don't do home computers. If it's a family laptop, a home printer or a personal email account, we'd only be an expensive way to get a slow answer — a local computer shop will do it better and cheaper. We work with Melbourne businesses, which includes one-person businesses working from home.
