Websites & marketing
On the same terms as everything else we do
We started doing this because clients kept asking. A site that hadn't been touched since 2018. A folder of photos nobody had ever posted. The same two questions, over and over.
One principle runs through both
You own it.
The code, the domain, the hosting, the social accounts, the content. In your name, from the first day, with nothing to hand back if you walk away. It's the same position we take on IT support, and for the same reason: a service you can't leave isn't a service, it's a trap.
Everything is priced and published, like the rest of what we do. Month to month on the marketing plans, fixed and quoted in writing on the builds.
What we're not
Not an agency, and not trying to become one. There's no photographer, no brand strategist and no media buyer here.
We do five channels properly rather than eleven badly, we don't run paid advertising, and we don't build online shops. If what you need is a brand strategy and a media buy, we'll say so and point you somewhere good — the same as we'd do with an IT enquiry that isn't a fit.
Already a support client?
Then it's the same people, the same invoice, and we already know how your business works — which takes a fortnight out of the front of any build.
And if you're not, that's fine. Neither of these requires an IT support package.
