How the pricing works

Every price is published on this site. Ongoing support is a fixed monthly price per user on the support packages, from $60.50 per user per month including GST — month to month, no lock-in, no exit fee. For occasional help, pay-as-you-go is $181.50 an hour including GST in business hours, offered as a fair standing rate rather than a nudge onto a contract.

Support hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm Melbourne time, excluding Victorian public holidays. Emergency help outside those hours is available at published after-hours rates.
