Online marketing
You take the photos. We'll do the rest.
There's a folder on your phone full of finished jobs. A truck loaded at six in the morning. The apprentice's first weld that actually looked right. A delivery going out the door.
None of it has ever been posted anywhere, because posting it is a twenty-minute job you've never had twenty minutes for.
That's the whole problem this fixes.
How it works
1
We set up a shared drive
One folder, on your phone. It takes five minutes and you'll never think about it again.
2
You drop things in
A photo, a bit of video, a voice note or a sentence — finished the Dandenong job, took three weeks, custom stainless. That's enough. You don't have to write anything that sounds like marketing.
3
We turn it into posts
Written up properly and put where your customers will see it — your channels, and your own website.
4
You approve the first month
So you can hear whether it sounds like you. After that most people tell us to get on with it, and we send a summary of what went where.
Where we post
Facebook · Instagram · LinkedIn · your Google Business Profile · your own website
That's the list, and it's deliberate. Those five are where your customers actually are, and they're the five we're genuinely good at.
We don't do TikTok, YouTube or X. They're a different craft, and doing them badly would cost you more than not doing them at all — so we'd rather tell you that now than take your money for it.
Your Google Business Profile is the one most people forget, and it's often the one that earns the most. It's the panel that appears when somebody searches your name, and it feeds how you show up in local results.
What it costs
Per month, inc GST. Month to month, no lock-in, no exit fee — the same terms as everything else we sell.
Starter
For a business that has never posted and wants to start without it becoming a job.
- About two posts a week
- Any two channels, plus your website
- The words written from what you send
- Up to three small website changes a month
- A monthly summary of what went out
Standard
For a business that wants to look active and have someone answering people properly.
- Everything in Starter, plus:
- About four posts a week, across any four channels
- Graphics made from your own photos
- One longer piece a month — a job story, an FAQ, a rewritten service page
- Replies to comments and Google reviews, drafted for you to send
- Up to six small website changes a month
- The numbers each platform gives us, on one page
Full
For a business where the work photographs well and there is plenty of it.
- Everything in Standard, plus:
- About one post every weekday, on every channel you use
- Short vertical video cut from clips you send
- Your Google Business Profile properly looked after
- A monthly email built out of the month's posts
- A content plan agreed a month ahead
- Website changes as they come up
- A thirty-minute call each month
Bigger than that?
More than one location or brand, higher volume, or a channel we don't normally do — tell us what you need and we'll price it. Custom plans run on the same plain terms: month to month, published scope, nothing that only makes sense to us.
Small website changes means text, images, prices, opening hours, a new staff member, or a new photo on a page that already exists. New pages and new features are a separate job and we quote them before we start. Quoted work runs at the same published rate as everything else — $181.50 an hour inc GST.

Why it's less than an agency
Australian agencies start around $500 a month for this and climb past $3,000. We're under that because it's a smaller job, and you're entitled to know why before you wonder what's missing.
We're not inventing your content. You are — every time you take a photo on site. Nobody here is writing you a brand strategy or running a workshop, and you're not paying for one.
What you're buying is the twenty minutes a day you don't have, and someone to make sure it's right before it goes out.
The honest other side of it: this isn't a creative agency and we're not trying to become one. There's no photographer, no brand strategist and no media buyer. If that's what your business needs, we'll say so.
What we don't do
- We don't run ads. No Google Ads, no boosted posts, no ad spend through us. Every plan is organic — your work, shown to the people already following you.
- We don't promise leads, followers or rankings. Nobody honest can. We tell you what we'll do and we do it.
- We don't invent your content. If nothing comes through the drive for a fortnight, nothing goes out. We'll chase you once. We won't make things up to fill the calendar.
- We don't send replies as you. Where a comment or a review needs answering we draft it and send it to you. You decide what your business says.
- We don't hold your accounts. Every page and profile stays in your name, with you as the owner. If you leave, you change one password and everything you've built stays where it is.
Straight answers
Can you update my website if you didn't build it?
Usually — but we need access to it, and there are platforms we won't be able to work in. We check that before you sign up rather than after. If the answer is no, the social side of the plan still works on its own, and a new site starts at $550.
What if I go quiet for a month?
We'll chase you once, and then nothing goes out until something arrives. We won't quietly fill the gap with stock photos and generic advice — that's the thing that makes a small business's feed look like everybody else's.
If a quiet stretch is coming — a shutdown, a long job, a holiday — tell us and we'll bank what we've got and spread it.
Do I have to be an IT support client?
No. This stands on its own, same as one-off projects do. If you are already a client it's the same people and the same invoice.
Who actually writes the posts?
We do, from what you send — and a person reads every one before it goes out. Your business's voice is the point of the whole exercise, so the first month is an approval loop until it sounds right.
Can I change plan or stop?
Any month. Month to month means month to month. No exit fee, no notice period, and your accounts were always yours anyway. Not a hostage negotiation.
Who this is for
Businesses that do good work and have no way of showing it. Fabricators, trades, practices, family firms — the ones whose best advertisement is a photo of what they finished last Tuesday.
If you've ever said "we should really be posting more" and then not posted for eight months, this is the product for you.
Or ring 03 9028 4358 — a person answers. We'll tell you which plan fits and we won't try to sell you the bigger one.
